Premium Metallocene

This 100% metallocene polyolefin hot melt adhesive is engineered for fast, reliable bonding in carton sealing, tray forming, and box closing applications. With a rapid set time of 0–3 seconds at 320°F (160°C), it performs exceptionally well in high-speed packaging lines.

The adhesive maintains bond strength in extreme environments—resisting cold temperatures as low as -57°F and withstanding heat up to 227°F. This makes it an ideal choice for food-grade cartons exposed to both freezer conditions (as low as -40°F) and hot climates (up to 195°F).

Designed for use on coated and uncoated cartons, as well as laminated packaging surfaces, this clean-running formulation reduces charring and nozzle clogging for consistent application. Whether your packaging needs involve deep freeze distribution or heat-exposed transit, this hot melt provides dependable adhesion and thermal stability across the full temperature spectrum.
